This stuff is amazing!
We swear by this in my household! A friend in healthcare originally recommended but I was hesitant to purchase medication for my son over the internet. However his pediatric neurologist ALSO recommended it, and now I tell everyone about it!

Pills are small easy to swallow. They don't have a smell or taste. Wish they made a bigger bottle and they were a little cheaper. Can't find them locally was recommended to check Amazon. I continue to buy each month.

Effective for my kids
I’ve tried migralife for myself with no success, but it has been a game changer for my teenagers. I have a boy and a girl who both get migraines. My daughter gets them far less often than my son so I honestly can’t say how much it may be helping her. But, they have cut the amount of times in a month my son has to take his abortive meds down to a quarter of what he needed before. It took about four weeks of consistent daily use to see the change start to happen. All of our kids are older so we keep bottle on the kitchen table so it’s easy to remember to take them at dinner. It’s been very effective for my son. It might not work for you, they didn’t work for me, but it’s well worth trying.

Helpful for abdominal migraines/cvs
This supplement (B2 and magnesium) was recommended by my son’s pediatrician and GI for migraine/abdominal migraine/cyclical vomiting syndrome spectrum disorder. It takes a while to build up in the system and start helping, but we noticed a big reduction in his symptoms after taking this daily for about a month. (He is 7, and takes half the recommended dose). For him it’s been a game changer - he no longer has days of severe symptoms with a lot of school missed. He still has episodes but they are less intense and he’s normally still able to go to school and function in his activities. We crush one pill daily and mix it into 3 bites of applesauce.

Not sure if it made a difference, but not ideal for kids that can’t swallow pills
My daughter was getting at least 1 bad migraine a month that would make her lose an entire day from the pain, nausea and vomiting. Our pediatrician recommended we try this as a dietary supplement. Our daughter is 12 and hasn’t learned to swallow pills yet, but thought we’d give it a try. Anything to get a handle on the migraines. The pills are larger and not easy for a younger person to swallow. We tried to mash it up, but the coating on the outside doesn’t dissolve well in anything. We tried mixing it with yogurt and applesauce and that didn’t work. We then tried it in orange juice and that was the best best, but much of the tablet remained stuck to the side of the combo since it isn’t very soluble. We didn’t continue using them in the end because it was too much of a hassle to have to grind the pills down each morning and night(we are a very busy and active household), so not sure if they worked or not since we gave up using them within a couple weeks. If they would make these dissolvable in the mouth tablets or maybe enclosed in an easy to open capsule for dissolving in juice or other food/beverage it would make much more sense for a child’s version.

Works wonders for our son!!
Our 9 year old son, C, had been getting migraines since he was 6. Headaches that caused him to curl up on our sofa in pain and throw up all day. It started out as maybe once or twice a month, but it got really bad this summer, almost 3 times a week. We were finally referred to a pediatric neurologist and they recommended we start C on this vitamin to see if it helped decrease the frequency and duration of C's headaches. They told us it would take at least 3 months to build up in C's system. It's been almost 3 months now and the vitamin has exceeded our expectations! C still gets his headaches but he's getting them less frequently, AND they usually only last anywhere from 1-3 hours, a huge improvement from 24 hours! I am so relieved and so grateful that the doctor recommended this vitamin. C takes it twice a day, with breakfast and dinner. He has no problems swallowing it dry or with a drink and he says there isn't much of a taste. I highly recommend Children's MigreLief. It has made a world of difference to our son.
