Somehow less painfull than 0.5mm roller
I've been using a 0.5mm roller for about 4 weeks and it seems to be working so I decided to upgrade to this 0.7mm roller to speed up the process.I find the 0.5 one unpleasant to use but for some reason this roller with its 0.7mm needles is more comfortable despite the longer needles. Its really easy to use, you just roll it back and forth across your skin. I do it really quickly but I've seen videos where people are rolling slowly. Its like ripping off a plaster versus slowly peeling it off. I focus mainly on my neck and the lower half of my face since that is where my skin is losing the most elasticity and looks the oldest. The further up my face I go the more sensitive it is, I find. After using my face feels warm and looks flushed like sunburn but it soon fades away. I do the roller last thing at night and by morning may face looks absolutely fine. It doesn't draw blood and there are no visible puncture marks. I use a Simple serum straight after and it doesn't sting or anything. I use this roller 5 times a week no problem. It's vitally important that you clean the roller after use and use 70% alcohol solution to sterilise it.For under £10 I think this is great value for money. Certainly it's having a more noticeable effect than most face creams, which usually cost a lot more. And the alcohol spray is just a few pounds too.The only negative is this roller squeaks like mad when you use it. Performance seems good so far but I wish it was silent like my other roller (which is the exact same design)

A little squeaky
The product is good but is very squeaky when using it, even on the first go. I had a smaller one for a while which never made any noise so I’m a little disappointed. However it is easy to use and my skin has felt so nice since using it.

Great gadget
I’m disinclined to use fillers or undergo any scary procedures to try and keep my skin in good condition.Dermatologists and beauty therapists - even wholistic practitioners are all recommending this practice. The one thing they all say is keeping the needles disinfected is important.I roll my face every six weeks and then apply clean vitamin serums to my face.Lots of useful tutorials on You Tube.

Low quality
Low quality spend the little bit more on a proper roller and one that don't damage the skin
