OK, so if you sit and have to drive as long as I have to drive these come in handy I love them so much that I had three of them. One of them somebody stole a lot of my truck which I’m sure his back is much more comfortable now. I have one in my car and I take and put one every time I have to drive my truck, but I also take it back out because people steal it. That’s how good it is. I highly recommend this. And I’m sure you can use it on an office chair as well. It’s so good for your back I can’t live without it. This is a product that I highly recommend.

Great back support and much cheaper than cushion lab. I received a cushion lab back support for Christmas and it was actually painful to sit against. I gave it to someone else and decided to try this one. It is so much better. It conforms well with my body and gives me the support I need. My husband tried it out for a couple of hours and he loved it so much, I had to order another one for him. I highly recommend this back cushion, especially if you have had back surgery.

Accurate dimensions but was smaller than expected. Memory foam feels light to me but provides support and comfort while sitting in a recliner. Normal memory foam odor out of packaging that dissipates over a couple days. So far, so good

OMG!! This support pillow is amazing! I have struggled with back pain for years due to degenerative disk disease and compressed nerves in my spine. I had surgery 4 years ago which helped some but sitting is always miserable as my leg goes numb and it is painful to stand back up after sitting for any length of time. Sitting is just plain torture all around it doesn't matter if it is riding in a car, sitting at a desk or just hoping to relax on the sofa. I travel a lot these days going to my kids' activities. I thought I would try something, anything to help ease the discomfort I was experiencing so I could attend their events and at least sit for a few moments. Often times I was in agony before I even arrived at my destination. I took at shot in the dark purchasing this pillow in hopes that it might help at least a little. I CANNOT BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE!! I tried using it on my desk chair first. My leg did not even go numb and I could stand up right away. Next I tried it in my car. I had a 3 hour drive. Arrived pain free at my destination. I didn't even hurt after the return trip. For me, this pillow is a miracle. I left the pillow strapped in my car and just ordered another one. I am going to use it in my house and put it in a big purse when I leave my home to take with me every where I go. I never write reviews but I am telling you this product has improved the quality of my life in a way that I cannot even adequately describe. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

So the package arrived yesterday. And then upon opening I was a little bit annoyed. Because in the photo on Amazon and the whole reason why I picked & paid the little bit extra for this particular one was because it appeared like at the top and bottom of the pillow had kind of a cradling crevice I'll say similar to like a racing car seat...... But... no, no it didn't. So I did not receive what I thought it was going to be like. Now having said that, I did use it in my office chair at work all day long today. It is a comfortable pillow. And is a decent size for larger guys. As I am 6'1 and 230+. It was in fact very comfortable to sit in my chair all day long I wasn't having to crack my back or anything as a way to relieve pressure at any point during the day. So, to be completely Fair..... NO it was not what I thought I ordered going to be getting, BUT on the plus it is very comfortable and it did supply back pain relief all day....

Best cushion I have ever had very good

I just had my 4th Thoracic back surgery a month ago, and riding in the car was very difficult for bumps and going over rocks, etc. I purchased this to leave in the car, and it is wonderful! I slip it over the car seat, and it is smooth sailing. I slide it behind my back and it prevents the jarring, and pumps from hurting my back, like protective cradleing around my spine. L.O.V.E.! I.T.! I am thinking about getting one for my office chair as well!

It's very comfortable.not that thick as shown in image but it does the work well.

I have purchased 2 of these back cushions. I have mine in passenger front seat of car. Other cushions moved around while travelling so I decided to search Amazon website where I found this very comfortable car back cushion. My daughter was impressed with it too when needed a lift in our car. I bought her one and she is very happy with the support it gives her back while driving.

Provides solid, comfortable support and add the sitting cushion and it feels so supportive that I wonder why I waited so long.
