Im actually sitting on the fence of 3.5-4.They work very well but the touch sensitivity is difficult if im just trying to adjust them.The sound quality is very good for something in this price range.The connection was my primary goal with these using the BT5. They are far superior to the BT4 ive been using without a doubt. I would give 5 stars for ease of set up. I like being able to select one or the other, or both. The only hicup is that if they auto connect to one device but i want them on another i have to disconnect them first via the device. I wish there was a way to switch paired devices from the buds.I was able to use these while using my gas powered leaf grinder and the sound was clear and clean. I did not expect this from something not using ANCFor the price and quality balance its a no brainer - buy these.PS: Add in better instructions on how to use.

Nice looking pretty comfortable wireless buds. Can be used individually and together. Nice volume blocks outside noise and recharges quickly from the case many times. Case is a little bulky I find the hard plastic under the soft ear peices a wee bit large and uncomfortable in my ear canal, not enough to stop me from using them. Could use a little better base sound, but that is usually the case with wireless. Edit: sometimes others find it difficult to hear me.

The product is amazing when it works but for some reason lately meaning the last 2 years all products that have blu tooth seem to not want to connect to anything after the first month and you have to play with your settings. By turning it on and off put in box and out again. I have been their customer for I think 8 years now and all of their wireless devices have this problem. I was able to seem head phones back within the time period but again same issue a few months later. So now they are like nice objects that I can't use and u will be buying a new brand now that is more reliable.

I been through enough earbuds--wired, Bluetooth, true wireless--to make your head spin (or your ears cry). In my experience, so-called "true wireless" earbuds are generally the worst, since they require not only good engineering for sound, but also decent firmware so that they properly couple with each other and with the source. You'd think it would be straightforward a few years into this category, but it's not--and a lot of "true wireless" earbuds (especially the cheapos you find on Amazon and elsewhere in the sub $40 range) are just miserable: Dropped connection. One earbud going out of sync, lousy sound.OK, enough about all the junk. How about these?These Soul Sync Pro earbuds are EXCELLENT. Let me count the ways:A) Good sound. Decent bass, clear mids, sparkly highs. The highs are perhaps just a wee bit overgoosed, but it's a very engaging sound profile all-around. The sound is extremely detailed and the soundstage is broad.B) They connect easily to Bluetooth, they connect properly when you re-connect to the same device, and they hold the Bluetooth connect well. Most cheap earbuds, and even a lot of more expensive ones, fall down here. These do a good job. Bluetooth range is good, although not the best I've experienced. Certainly, they'll hold a Bluetooth signal from anywhere in the same room, or the next room.C) Comfortable and secure. The earbuds are easy to insert and stay in your ear pretty well. During a vigorous workout, I occasionally find myself wanting to slightly reposition the earbuds. But they don't fall out. I have worn them for hours without discomfort.D) Great battery profile for true wireless earbuds. One of the downfalls for ALL true wireless earbuds is battery life. They mostly get 4-7 hours on a charge and then you need to recharge them. That's no big deal if you're wearing them to mow the lawn or take the bus or just kicking back at home. But if you are wearing them on a long-distance flight, you may well find yourself running out of juice before the end. Same thing with use for work: If you work an 8+ hour day and need these to communicate, they can go out before you're done. That's just the tradeoff for all these true wireless earbuds. Oh, and battery life on a charge decreases further if you use them for talking and not just listening.These earbuds get, in my performance test, more than 6 hours of listening time on one charge. That's at the upper range of what you might expect with something like this. More significantly, the recharge cast that comes with these is rated to provide 23 charges before the case itself has to be recharged. At more than 6 hours per charge, that means a total of more than 140 hours before you completely run out of power in the charger itself. The charger case connects via USB-C and can be recharged. 140 hours is enough to carry you through even a camping trip in the woods away from power outlets for days....What's just OK:A) The sound quality of my voice when I'm talking to someone else using these earbuds has been rated, by people who I've talked to, as "OK...clear...but clearly on some sort of wireless thing..."What I would improve:A) You control the earbuds using a metal touchpad on the back of the earphone. This is used to pause the music, answer a call, etc. I found that the placement and sensitivity of the metal touchpad made it difficult to adjust the position of the earbud without pausing my music.Altogether: I highly recommend you try these out if you have a chance. Sound quality is something of a personal thing, but if you're like me, you'll find these sound quite good and that these offer an overall excellent package of features.
