Q: I hear the reviews are fake, Has this seriously worked for anyone?

I bought this product a week ago and did make my veins worse. I also had burning sensation after I applied to my skin. Please read the negative reviews as well, which they are more correct than the positive ones. I believe people wrote positive reviews after they got a free jar. I am returning back this disgusting product.
