This lantern has really improved the street appeal of our house! I like the grained glass! Very classy looking, well-made, and easy to install! Highly recommended!

Easy install and really look nice. One on each side of garage door & one by front door. Only confusion is the listing said 60 W bulbs but the lights say up to 100 W. Went with the 100 W and they give off a lot of light and look classy day or night.

Fixture met our expectations...and, then some. Not only does it have a great look on our house, but seems to be made very well. Our neighborhood suffered hail damage and many neighbors had to replace their exterior house/garage fixtures. I personally feel this style, combined with the softer glow it emits from the "clear seeded glass" is the most attractive of the bunch.

We decided to change the look of our outside lighting. It took me a while to find the lighting I wanted, as our house has a colonial look to it, but I didn't want the lighting to be too ornate. I found these post light, plus the outdoor wall lanterns and really felt they would look nice with the house. I was right. Both of the lights and enough character to them to add a great look to not only the posts, but also the entry to our house. They throw enough light to really keep our walkway and end of driveway lit. The only downside I had ordering these post lights to match the lanterns, was that we live in Alaska. For some reason the lanterns could be sent easily and fast to Alaska, but the post lights could not be sent up here. I would have given a five star review if I had not had to have the product sent to my sister in San francisco and then incur more postage cost to have them sent up here. That was the only draw back. If you ordered them in the lower 48 states that probably would not be a problem though.

The color was a bit different from the other one we already had and the glass was a bit different too. Since it was going on a garage 20 feet it didn't matter that much.

easy to set up and precise for what I was looking for to match my other post. get the post itself from lowe's cheaper there then on amazon. was surprised vendor didnt offer a post with it for a more reasonable price.

Love the look of this piece. Plus the fact you can use 100 watt bulb. We live in town but I like light especially when the time changes and its dark at 5pm in the fall/winter months. It came fast after I ordered it. Would recommend this.
