I love Harley Quinn and I enjoyed this series a lot. The comic came in nice and fresh without any damages and the pages are beautifully done.

Power Harley
Power Girl lands in Harley's front yard and the two team up....and hijinks ensue. Power Girl has amnesia and hilarity quickly follows as the two gets sucked into an alternate dimension because....comics.You also get the origin of the New 52 Harley in a short and sweet story.......well......as sweet as Harley gets at least. I'm sure that theatre was filled with animal abusers and people that "had it coming"The Harley comics are nice for those of you not wanting to read the grim and gritty stories that some heroes go through and just want silly stories.I especially liked the story where Harley ends up on an island and meets her exThe Comic Con story was fun (I especially liked the title page cause it has a giant Harley on it.....what an idea, a giant Harley Quinn wrecking up a city.......)I would recommend this comic

Quality volume, recommended for any collection
Well written story, though definitely a comedy comic. Do not look here if you want a serious story that is filled with drama and twists. But if you are looking for a good chuckle and even a few laughs, along with enjoyable, sexy, and kickass art, this is the book for you.Only General knowledge about Harley Quinn is needed to enjoy this comic, so its a good starting place into the new 52 for any would-be fan of DC comics.I do recommend buying and reading the first volume before this one though, since there is some continuity in this comic, although little. You will have minimal confusion if you skip it, but if you think you will enjoy volume 2, why not just start with volume 1?

Continues to Entertain, but Could Use More Depth
Following Volume 1, in which Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti established the New 52 solo version of Harley, "Harley Quinn Vol. 2: Power Outage" offers more of her adventures. Conner and Palmiotti continue to portray her as a Deadpool-esque character, with frequent asides to other media and even her own writers. The longest stories in this volume focus on Harley's team-up with Power Girl and her metatextual visit to San Diego Comic Con International. The "Futures End" story, set five years after the current events of the comic, feels out-of-place, but it was part of a larger concept running through all the DC titles at the time. The "Secret Origins" story works well to rectify certain canonical issues, though it pales in comparison to Paul Dini's "Batman: Harley Quinn" special. While this particular series lacks some of the depth of the pre-New 52 run under Karl Kesel or Dini's "Gotham City Sirens" series, it continues to entertain and fans of the character will still find plenty to like.

AMAZING
I love the Harley Quinn comics and anything with her, and this totally kept me with her. I was just expecting issues 9-13 of the main series, but I was super excited when I saw the futures end, comic con, and secret origins issued in it. It also has amazing art design, and the writing is INCREDIBLE, fully recommend to any fan of Harley.

Great Book, Fun Comic
I got the hardcover, and the quality is good. It's got a thick cover, and nice solid binding. The series itself is very entertaining to me. I love Harley's hijinks! Her new 52 series puts her in different light and has a new spin on her backstory. It's doesn't usually get very deep or have an intricate storyline. And while more of that might be nice, I also didn't expect it to have those things.Taken for what it is, I think most Harley Quinn lovers would enjoy this series.
