It has an eco-premium flame burner that allows the stove to have the fuel usage of only 11,000 BTU/hr but perform like a 13,000 BTU/hr stove. So, you can save approximately 16% of the fuel.

Not sure what you mean by inner frame. It has only 3 parts, the base (gold part) which has the gas burner, the silver part is removable for cleaning, and the gas cannister. That's it! Totally portable.

What is the difference between the "slim ii" model and the "slim iii" model?

The only differences are the color and the adoption of the heat panel system.

Can i use the butane canisters from other brand?

Absolutely. I use the least expensive stuff I can find - usually from the local Asian market.
