This is the best laundry basket I’ve had in years. Kinda pricey but worth it to me since it’s not some flimsy plastic thing that’s going to break after a few months.

Worth the price. I was using a similar style from Target which was 1/3 of the price but the handles consistently ripped within a few months. The handles on these are very sturdy and have held up so far. The basket overall feels very sturdy.

My old laundry hamper was fabric stretched over a stout wire frame. Eventually, the wire wears through the fabric and you can scratch a hardwood floor if you drag it short distances. I wanted to avoid this problem but most of the fabric ones didn't have good ventilation and I was concerned about the fabric absorbing odors. I settled on a plastic one because it can't absorb odors and it's essentially one piece construction. I measured the space carefully where it was to go and then realized -- this sort of plastic is flexible. Because of this flexibility, I was able to fit this larger basket into the same space where the old one used to sit. I'm enjoying the simplicity of the design and the extra holding capacity and expect it to last a very long time.

Sturdy and tall these hampers can be used in many ways. Perfect for keeping pool noodles and toys neatly stored. They are smooth and the handles are perfect. As a laundry hamper the design allows air to circulate and does not need a liner like other hampers that end up needing to be laundered.
