UPDATE: The sellers have since contacted me, apologising for the mistake and explaining that due to a service agreement with Amazon, they are unable to send out just the strap. However, they offered me a refund, which I found to be very fair, and I have accepted it. As for the bag itself, it’s excellent. The size is great, and the compartments make it easy to keep my toiletries separate. One of the biggest positives is that it’s long enough to fit my laptop keyboard, which is really useful since I carry my work laptop and peripherals with me. Despite that, there’s still plenty of room for my gym clothes. The shoe compartment is a good size—while I don’t expect to use it much since I wear my gym shoes to work, I currently use it for storing my used gym wear, which works well. Given the high-quality bag and the excellent customer service, I’m happy to update my rating to 5 stars. Thanks to the team for handling the situation professionally! Original review: The bag is actually a good size and everything else is fine. But ruined completely by not receiving the cross body strap, which is one of the main reasons I bought it, for the functionality of both hand strap and cross body. Please can you send out a cross body strap for me, or refund a part of my order since it’s missing.

When the duffle bag arrived, it looked very small, laughably small to the point where I stood and was laughing at how different the size I had pictured in my head compared to reality was. However once you put a few things in the bag it expands a bit more in size and then becomes a bit bigger, still not huge but an improvement at least. We took this on holiday, left it in our car filled with warm clothing and blankets so when we returned we could wrap up. The shoe compartment is a good size and I was able to put my snow boots in there. I can't really imagine this being used for what I initially considered it for as a 'proper' duffle bag as many have pointed out in their own reviews that the bag seems to decay quickly, my bag seems fine at the minute but again I am keeping it as a light travel bag. Yeah it looks nice, has a nice feel to it, if you are in the market for something with a waterproof compartment, don't like the look of the sports duffle bags and don't expect to be using this in a heavy duty fashion etc, this is probably OK for you.

good bag, lasted me over 2 years and high quality.

Bought this as needed a new gym bag and it looked quite smart and organised. Overall I was pleased with the bag itself, it has many compartments including a waterproof one so my swimming gear doesn't get other stuff wet, and the main one is large enough for other equipment. Only problem, the first time I used it, the ring connecting the sling strap to the bag snapped. Now this has been very easy to fix with a carabiner clip but shouldn't really be needed - I had a 2 litre bottle of water, wet swimming gear and weightlifting shoes in there so fairly heavily loaded but still, come on... Shame, since otherwise the bag seems reasonably well made, just cheap metal parts let it down.

After having this bag for a few weeks the little metal clip broke and this was quite upsetting so I reached out to the company and they replaced the product free of charge which I was quite impressed with and arrived quickly. The upsetting part is that this new bag has the exact same design flaw and soon after the same happened again. If you buy expect to not use the longer strap as the clips will just snap on you and valuables in the bag could break like what happened to me. I'm extremely disappointed and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Will not be buying from this company again.
