It says on a back page that it is printed by desertcart. This is the kind of book people buy to keep on their shelves as reference work. So one expects (at £20 for a paperback) that it will be at least as robust as most academic paperbacks. The cover is so thin it curls and the whole book feels a bit warped. A shame as the quality of the book production does not reflect the quality of this work. The authors deserved better!!!
