No,It no need to refrigerate，But need to keep in a cool dry place.

I noticed chalky residue on the inside of the bottle from the tablets, is this normal?

Seems to work… wish it came with better guidance

This probiotic got added to my daily routine and so far, so good. I definitely felt it the first few days… took two pills a day like it said and my gut got kinda bubbly, gassy, just generally off. I know that’s normal when things are shifting down there, but still not the most fun.I backed off to one every other day, then eventually settled on one a day. Not totally sure if I need one or two, but with how pricey it is, I’m just sticking with one. It’s better than nothing. I do wish they gave more instructions about easing into it… might’ve saved me some of that early discomfort. Good product, just could’ve been explained better and it’s definitely on the expensive side.

Seems to work well for my digestive system

I can say much about what it’s doing for my gut health but I think this has been doing a great job at regulating my digestive system. I was always a person that rarely had bowel movements(2 times a week) and generally struggled when going, but after a few weeks of taking this I’ve become very regular at once a day basically every morning.
