Is the fanatic jacket goretex waterproof

Fanatic series has Gore Windstopper fabric, it is not waterproof. Hope this helps.

19 degree Minnesota fall morning with correct layering and warm as ever anything above 30 and it makes me sweat. I hunt the dakotas. I will never by another jacket again. It basically works for any cold weather hunt.
