Ordered two Xbox 360 wireless controllers and got them quickly and in good condition. It has been hard to find these things refurbished with no problems like stick drift, bad buttons or loose battery packs BUT these two are cleaned, repaired with new sticks and directional buttons that work and feel just like mine did waaaay back when they were new, and connected to my 360 slim instantly. Battery packs fit tightly and haven't cut off on me once yet. Definitely a good one to order from. Thank you!

Love it. I bought this because an old controller of mine has pretty bad stick drift. This is a fantastic replacement. The joysticks are a little off center but that's just proof that they took this thing apart to clean it. Connects directly to Xbox 360 or PC (need an adapter for PC). Very easy to connect.

1 hiccup, the LB button quit working for a time. I disconnected the control, removed the batteries, then reinstalled the same batteries, reconnected it, and it worked fine. No other problems so far

I bought 4 of these, all 4 look like new visually, but one has a slightly squeaky joystick, and one more has a really, really squeaky one. I still think it was worth the savings from buying new, but with 50% not full refurbished, that's something to keep in mind when you purchase. I plan to just repair the squeaky sticks myself. Edit: To fix the squeak, you need the right screw driver to disassemble the controller (note the final screw is behind the sticker in the battery compartment) then you just bend the small metal piece inside the joystick up a smidge, squeak is gone, no need to try oil or any of these other silly recommendations floating about.

I ordered this refurbished controller for a grandson and he loves it. They had the xbox 360 but only had one wireless controller. I was hesitant at first with the idea that it was a refurb but the price is what convinced me. Of course with a refurb you never know what you are going to get so was interested in seeing it. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it because I thought that it would at least have a couple dings on it. This controller looked like new. The kids are now using this and it works great. They have had no issues with any of the buttons sticking or not working. It also came with a set of batteries so that they could play with it right away. It can be difficult to write a review on something that I don't use but I can see the enjoyment they have while using this controller while playing their games. Now they don't have to argue about which one gets to use the wireless controller and can set the wired controller off to the side. I have to say that the price was competitive and that is something that I need to fit my budget. This was the first time that I had made a purchase of a refurbished controller but will be doing this more often and not have to hesitate about what condition it will be in.

Controller did not work at all!!! Battery contacts hopelessly corroded!! COMPLETE JUNK!!

i was honestly a little hesitant to buy this but i figured i’d give it a shot considering amazon’s certified refurbished warranty. turned out to be a great deal! it came in a nice little package and everything works as expected. i immediately cleaned and wiped it down after taking it out of the package just to be safe but it honestly wasn’t dirty even in the slightest i am just a very paranoid person lol. this was honestly a very good deal considering they don’t make these controllers anymore, and i highly recommend you try it as well if you’re looking for an xbox 360 controller these many years later. with amazon’s warranty even if you get a defective product they will replace it for free! give it a shot idk i like it!
