Very Nice
It's a big hunk of metal for a dagger. Very well made, quite sharp and looks great next to my rapier hanging on the wall.If you're on the edge about buying it, go ahead and pull the trigger. It's nice.

A Lovely Dagger
I've had bad luck with some Cold Steel products here on Amazon. Last two swords I got from them were poorly constructed, finished and even packaged carelessly. This dagger DID NOT have those problems!It was well packaged. Original box was intact. Dagger and sheath were well protected and greased. Once the grease is cleaned off the dagger it shines quite well. Feels heavy on the handle and the handle is definitely oversized for what it is but I like it. I can confidently and firmly grip it and have no issues moving it in my hands.Great blade, great quality and even a great price at the time. Highly recommended!

Amazing Dagger!
Wire wrapped hilt gives a sure grip with or without a glove, hefty but not overweight. Sharp out of the box, and great price for the item! Pairs great with rapier or other weapon as an off-hand weapon. Blade long enough to count as a short Messer!

Not sharp because it's not supposed to be
I am writing this in response to another review. This blade isn't sharp, because it's a dagger used to parry, not to cut. It has a tip that can thrust and stab, but it's supposed to help parry a sword, and you use your main hand sword.In addition, this is 2024. This is decorative primarily. We aren't gonna carry this around for sword fighting.The dagger is beautiful. It is weighted well,

I would buy from this seller, again.
Not long ago, I bought an English back sword from Cold Steel because its characteristics reminded me of my fencing sabre back in the 1960s. I was delighted with its quality and relatively sharp blade. I have no idea why I decided to buy the large, parrying dagger. Perhaps, it was because I have two hands. The dagger is as substantial as the sword. The one I received has one edge sharper than the other. The point is as sharp as a needle; I advise not verifying. It's large enough to fit well on my sword display rack.

Holy smokes it's sharp and smooth! This weapon alone breaks the concept of any sword with grace ! It passes as a match with my leaf rapier from Battling Blades.

HOLY CRAP
This is NICE!!!! I love it so much and the pics on Amazon don't do it justice. Its almost 1.5 feet long, at least 4 pounds of non-chinese steel, and razor sharp. Beautiful 😍
