First review of this apparently didn't meet the guidelines, so let me try again: this product has been invaluable in my third pregnancy. I tend to get a lot of bladder issues and fungal stuff during pregnancy, and was really unwell after three bouts of antib*otics. This really settled my digestive system and I've had no issues since, so highly, highly recommend!

Thank god for optibac! I've always been very regular. Coffe, chia, avocado and so always had a massive effect on me. After I got pregnant, everything stopped working. I was so bloated. I started taking optibac pregnancy and now I am regular again. If I forget to take it just one day, wow, blocked again. So, thank you!

If you’re taking iron tablets, this is a must - IYKYK! I started taking it after I gave birth and was a game changer considering I had a c-section and also had to keep taking the iron tablets. I’ve ran out now but will definitely repurchase
