It can fit a little, not a lot
I have used this all around the world as I travel. It comfortable fits some cards, cash, and a phone. Start adding a small Ridge type wallet and it becomes bulky and cramped. I like putting my iphone 17 pro in the front part of it, but it is a bit too big for the flap to cover the phone when other items are inside the zipper part. Within the zipper part there are 2 compartments. The zipper is of average quality, and I haven't had any issues with it. It is a basic canvas/plastic material that is found in these types of crossbody bags that are made overseas. It's small and compact, not overbearing like those other brands that are the size of skateboard. It's versatile because your can change the length with the adjustable strap. I still have and use it.

Right size
I have many bags like this and this one is by far the best. Reasons are: softness and expandable, and most important it has dual zipper pulls on main compartment. This allows me to have the top open but the sides secure. Then when I need full access it opens wide. Smart. I can carry iPhone XsMax and iPhone 12 mini at same time with accessories. I’ve used this everyday for 6 months & will continue. When it wears out I’ll get another.

ROOMY AND DOES THE JOB
Better than the smaller badge case I had ordered earlier and I can pack a lot more stuff: cards, stamps, keys, and phone. PROBLEM is that the zipper opening will widen, and you may spill the contents. Close the bag with the zippers all the way down on either side, not at the top. I also wrapped tape around each of the neck hooks where they snapped onto bag because they would too easily snap open and drop from the neck cord.
