The pointed tips are perfect for ear cleansing. The conventional tips are rounded and they tend to push dirts further inside the ears.

Great for my puffco peak pro. One of the ends came off while cleaning the inside of a banger tube - had that not happened, I'd say 5 stars. Will buy again for sure.

Love, L-O-V-E these... This is my "3rd" or 4 th time ordering them. I "use" to buy this great quality at "Walgreens", for a w-h-o-l-e lot more, and only for a "100" count. Bought these on a whim... tried them... "Y E H H H H, S-C-O-R-E !!!" And never looked back. They're strong, don't bend, and the cotton never unravels, shreds, or breaks away. Mainly use them for make-up, multi-uses. Love the pointy end for those little places that need "accuracy". Started using them to clean my ears daily. Had to laugh at a few of my doctor's comments... They are ok. They do leave lint. That was the #1 reason I bought them. Check out Clear Skin qtips, they really don’t have any lint.

These pointy cotton swabs are great for gun cleaning small areas, plus I use them to clean off laser sights with alcohol. Believe it or not the 22 LR rimfire ammo is so dirty that the cloud of smoke gums up the laser lens. The point swab does a good job of cleaning the lens.
