Perfect size for tall husband :)
I bought this mat for my husband because he wanted to be able to follow online yoga instruction without having to constantly adjust his mat to be able to see the tv. He is tall, so the dimensions of the Pogamat were perfect for him, and the thickness helped him to plant his feet better and cushion any slips/falls when losing his balance. The mat would probably be great for using under your sleeping bag when camping too.

Good quality mat
My husband is 6ft 2, 220lbs - he loves this mat. He use to use those standard sizes mats to stretch in the morning and was always stretching off it in the floor. The size is perfect and comfortable, it gives him cushion and the support he needs. Good quality

Comfort is 10/10, thickness is 5/10 but that’s just perfect for me because I don’t like thick gaudy mats this is much more sleek, and durability is give 5/10 only because my kids love ripping off little ball like pieces which is a huge bummer because I really love this mat.All in all I’d still give it 5 stars and it’s well worth the money and much better than all the previous mags I have had or tried.

A Large Soft Excercise Mat
I have an earlier version of the mat, which was not as soft. This version has a puckered surface more like a yoga or Pilates mat. More comfortable and so far, easy to keep clean. Love my Pogamat!

I am 6ft 2inches and this mat is fantastic! I have lots of space!! Very comfortable.
