The garage collects a lot of water which drips off of the vehicles when they are driven in the rain and then straight into the garage. There is also water that comes into the garage from under one end of the garage door. I have been using a straight squeegee which required a lot of pushing and pulling because the water would just run out the ends of the squeegee.When the curved squeegee arrived I removed the straight squeegee from its pole and luckily the curved squeegee fit perfectly on that same pole. All I had to do was drill a small pilot hole and fasten the squeegee with a single screw. The garage floor had a supply of water because it rained this morning and after my wife went to the grocery store her return to the garage dripped water from her vehicle. That gave me the opportunity to test out the new curved squeegee and the results were excellent. The curved format retained quite a bit of water which made pushing it outside a much easier task.This is a far better squeegee than the straight one I had been using and the price was right. My lower back thanked me because the curved squeegee eliminated the pulling portion of water clearance that was required when using the straight version.

I use this to squeegee off the carport after big rains. It does a good job. I used to use a light plastic snow shovel to get the water off, and I'm not sure whether I will go back to that, at least to remove the bulk of the water. The shovel is lighter, and seems to remove more water quicker and easier, but the squeegee does a better job of getting down to the cement. The squeegee is heavier than expected, but appears to be sturdy and well made. It does what it is supposed to, and it looks like it will last a long time. The curve is a good feature--helps move the water. You have to attach a handle, but the handle I bought fits. and attaches well with small screws. I would buy this item again. I would not buy the straight floor squeegee (without the curves) again. Hope this helps.

Excellent product. This squeege is even more heavy duty than I expected. I bought this for use in my garage and I don't expect that I will ever have to replace it. I have a heavy duty wooden handle that I attached this to. My only suggestion is that perhaps it would be nice to have the the set screw hole go through both sides of the head to allow the handle to be attached with nut and bolt. Right now I have the handle attached with a single set screw but those tend to back out and require regular maintenance to keep tight. This can be easily resolved with a drill though to make a pass thru hole that will accept a nut and bolt.

Great squeegee!! I used this to prep to garage floors for painting (during the cleaning process). I loved the curved ends-allowed me to better control the clean-up (and I did several for each floor). Seems to be made well, good materials, should last quite a while. It is a little heavy, but it is INDUSTRIAL, so what would you expect??!!! I like a nice, solidly built item and this one fits the bill. Highly recommend.

i ordered this product because i get water in my shop after a heavy rain. i especially like the heavy duty presentation, solid workmanship and curved blade. however, the blade is quite stiff and does not wed with the floor in such a way that water is moved in a single pass. perhaps it will eventually 'give' and this problem will evaporate (forgive the pun).

This is a heavy duty product, it takes a little getting used to but once you do it gets the job done. My garage has standing water after every rain, I’d use a shop broom to sweep the water out, this squeegee works much better than the broom. Don’t forget to buy a handle as you just get the squeegee for this price.

Squeegee is sturdy and well built but could be made a little better. The rubber doesn't quite bend in line with metal but does the job.

This curved head squeegee does exactly what I wanted it for, removing water that comes under the garage door when it rains hard. I even used it to dry the sidewalk just to see how it would do, and the sidewalk dried much faster than it would have if left to evaporate on it's own. Works great for my purpose.
