over the surface of fine stone. Worn out diamond fingernail files will do
100% overall. No complaints. Something for others... Brass is very soft compared to steel. As thin as the points are, and they are THIN (just what I wanted) it does not take much pressure to bend them. With brass, once bent soon broken. Even snagging the points will bend or break them. I had to learn to slow down, move in slow motion, to keep from snagging or bumping them. Handle with care. Keep protective cover on them when not in use. If the points become bent lap them back in line. Slowwly draw tweezers backward (point trailing) along length, over the surface of fine stone. Worn out diamond fingernail files will do. One thing that is very useful, available and common is Scotch Brite. The household products are same as what I use deburring metal. Use worn out Scotch Brite so material removal is controlled. Place closed tweezers in pad, apply slight pressure, draw backward slowly, release pressure, remove, repeat until burr is gone. Remember, Light pressures, attention to position of point, Don't stick yourself. Mine stay so sharp don't even bleed when I'm stuck. EXCELLENT Product. As far as metal goes, can't beat brass for lack of magnetic attraction. Hal Lewis

Great Quality, fast shipping.
Exceptional. Shipping was fast and for the price they are of great quality. Previous reviews stated the tips bend. News flash .. they're brass. A soft metal that will bend. They are non-magnetic which is great for working on computers and especially watches. Treat them well and they will last forever and they won't bend. Most tweezers need the tips profiled on a stone or fine paper right out of the package. These needed nothing. Great buy.

Good for the price
As a beginning watch repairing hobbyist, this pair of tweezer is not bad. The tip is quite fine. The finish is average, but for $5, it is not bad. A watchmaker [on Youtube] recommended brass tweezer because it doesn't scratch the watch movement or parts. Then I talked to a local watchmaker, he agreed but he said nickel tweezer is even better. It doesn't scratch and it is a lot lighter to the touch, meaning less effort to close and hold it. So I purchased a pair of Dumont Nickel #2. I like the Dumont much better, excellent finish and very light to the touch. But to be fair, the Dumont cost $22. So this pair of brass tweezer is now my secondary tweezer.

Excellent, precise, reasonably finished brass tweezers for a very low price.
If you're looking for watchmaking tools on the cheap, these'll do you just fine. They're not super beautiful and they're not stamped with the big watch tools names, but they get the job done, and the finishing is such that they do actually pick up tiny, almost weightless parts without trouble, and what's more, they don't scratch them.A million times better than department store tweezers from the cosmetics sectionโfor about the same price.

Great tweesers!
Build quality is great. The jaws opened pretty short on mine, but was able to carefully bend the jaws out how I liked it. Also you should dress your tweezers and polish them perfectly. Always swipe a rough file a couple of times inside the jaws for maximum grip and performance on any tweezer. :)

Beautiful design, simple, useful
So, in the interest of full disclosure I did not buy these for their anti-magnetic properties. I use these for placing and moving incense sticks (the kind without a wooden core), incense plant resins, leaves, etc. so that I don't burn my fingers or put out whatever I'm trying to burn by smooshing it in my fingers or dropping it. They are beautiful, simple and work well for my purposes. I enjoy using them. They feel sturdy and I like the heft in my hand. They do not open far, so whatever you pick up must be pretty small. It's not an issue for my purposes.

Soft Tips
Brass is very soft and bends easily. Great precision however and does not mar surfaces

Best Brass Tweezers I have used!
Positively love it... these are, for the money, the best antimagnetic brass tweezers out of the box I have ever used... Light, strong, precise, with a surprisingly good feel... I am really impressed by the performance of these, and they have become my go-to tweezers!

User
Well made, smooth finish
These tweezers seem to be good quality. Easy to use. The tips were not as fine as I wanted so I filed them to a fine point. Only took a few minutes with a fine sharpening stone. Good now.
