This worked perfectly to provide those clean slashes on bread.No matter how sharp the knife or what the dough getting the cuts without dragging the bread and deflating was frustrating. Finally I gave in and got one of these.Works great, use w caution tho as Very sharp blades.Extra blades so probably will never need any more. Case to cover active blade to preserve blood supply.

Seems well made, fits the hand well, spare blades and a little leather cover. Make sure you check out how to fit the blade if you dont want to donate blood to the kitchen floor :) Makes scoring dough a lot easier, I like it !!

Nothing bad to say about this product I feel like it’s pretty straightforward! Brings extra razors and a case which I like! Scores really nice and easy

It's super easy to use and gets the job done. My only complaint is that it's really hard getting the blade onto the handle and I was terrified I was going to slice open my finger
