Q: why is the black adult one $699 and the red adult one $499?

To my knowledge, there is not any difference. I don't recall there being a difference when I ordered mine so I am betting it is an error. If you can get it for the lower price, it might be worth taking advantage of. I double checked it on the Ring to Cage site. The red and the black are the same product there. I didn't look at shipping, but they are only $649 on their site.

Q: What is the product filled with ?

Can’t tell what is filled with but it did come filled. I cannot open it without cutting. It is heavy and has the consistency of a heavy boxing bag. Hope this helps

Q: What is the care and maintenance instructions for this product ?

Just wipe with a damp cloth. They are easy to clean. every few weeks I wipe down with a damp soapy rag with dish soap, them wipe clean with a regular damp rag. They don't take much maintenance.
