We have tried a number of cheap and medium range yoga mats over last 2 years. Ours is a joint family and everyone owns a mat. After 10 days of use, I can say without a doubt this is the best possible yoga mat available. The mat is thick enough to not hurt ones knees while doing knee yoga poses. I got a sore right knee from my previous mat. Rather even standing on the mat is very comfortable and cushiony. Not the mast important aspect of a yoga mat - ANTI SLIP - The mat is totally and I mean TOTALLY anti slip on both sides, whether you place it on floor or on a carpet. It does not move at all and even while doing Warrior pose, I haven't moved even an mm from my place. I have tried suryanamaskaar also, it is so comfortable to do any pose on this mat, without the risk of falling. Lastly I have noticed some marks (due to hands or toes) do appear on the mat while doing yoga...but they go off...the next day the mat is as fresh as new again. I am super satisfied with this purchase.

Love love love this yoga mat! I really like that it’s longer, thicker and a bit wider than standard mats, I feel like I have enough room to properly exercise and not feel like I’m gonna go off my mat. On that note, I find it to be adequately non-slip, even when my hands or feet get a little sweaty (which is pretty much every time I work out or do yoga). The back of the mat is a different, “heftier” texture which helps it from sliding. It’s also the perfect thickness. I have knee pain so I wanted a thicker mat to add more cushion. So it has really helped me. It’s very lightweight and very easy to carry due to strap and the carrying bag. The carry bag quality can be improved. The bright colours make me feel motivated to exercise, it’s a strong and uplifting color but not too bright. Overall I’m very pleased with this mat. It’s a great price too for this quality so I’d buy it again

I really liked it. If you are Ok to spend on decent yoga mat. Then go for it, I had bought another one with allmost same price but it was quite light it weight and bit slippery. But this one sticks to floor and bit more thick as compare to 6 mm. Even the width is 66 Cm which is good as compare to other mat in same range. Durability I am not sure as I may have to use it for some time then only I can comment. But just by looking it looks good. Also the weight is perfect and comfort wise it's good too.

I love the colors on this mat! It's very beautiful. It's incredibly light- the lightest I have owned - and has a lot of cushioning so it's great if you have sensitive knees. It has a good grip, and I found that when I'm working hard and sweating, the underside of the mat (wavy part) also gives excellent grip. It is reversible so that's a bonus. I used it outside in high heat, high humidity, turned it over and was not slipping at all. For the price point, this is a great mat! I would say it's better than the other ones I've purchased at a similar price.

I am adding my review after using it for about 4years. It's amazing. Still soft and sturdy after using for 4years regularly. Antiskid and gives great cushion. Unfortunately it is unavailable now. I want to purchase another one to gift to my other family members

I have been using this mat for last 3 years. It has got excellent gripping. I don't use the smooth side and use higher gripping side. Absorbs sweat very well during good workout. It does not give bad odour, just have to make sure it dries.

One of the best Yoga mats out there. Bought this because my old mat would bruise my elbows and knees. Doing planks and other exercises have been a breeze now. Yes, it is on the pricier side, but believe me, your joints will thank you later. The non-slip feature is also as mentioned by the seller, doesn't move an inch even when you're jumping on it. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 and not a 5 is because I expected it to be wider. In the image, it seems it is fairly wider than the regular mats, but it is barely half an inch wider. BUT, the product is so good that I didn't care if it was wider than the regular mats. Would definitely recommend this product if you're troubled by the thin and slippery yoga mats out there. Update - Been using this for a few weeks now. Slightly disappointed as the material is proving to be a little annoying. Of course, you sweat when you're working out and it falls on the mat, unfortunately it’s making it pretty slippery. Please be careful while doing bodyweight exercises if that happens I've slipped a few times, and also, it's giving me superficial bruises (almost like your palm skin-peeling off due to cold weather) on my elbows, I do planks and variations of it, so my elbows do bear the brunt of it all. Still worth the buy though, haven't used a towel to support my knees and elbows :/ So I can't say completely that I don't recommend it still.

Finally got to try my new Qatalyze mat yesterday. I have been using it for a week now and these are my observations. Firstly the colour combinations are awesome. I chose the purple and red one. Most yoga mats available in market come in dull and boring colours so this aspect has become an important factor for me to make the first shortlisted. This particular mat comes with both a sling to carry it along and a bag, which is again a rarity but yet a critical aspect. Coming to the thickness, it’s one of the thickets mats I have come across, the two sides are not just for aesthetics but has different texture depending on practice. I usually use the red side with friction (in pic) to do my yoga practice. The rougher texture promotes anti skid/slip. The smoother side, the purple one, is best for cardio and other regular exercises. What I did notice, which you can see in the video above is that there are no marks left after an intense cardio session with shoes on! The mat is not only thick, it doesn’t chip away! Overall, really satisfied with the product! Waiting to see more colours now
