Tvilum Desk with 5 Drawers, White

Very happy with sewing cabinet / desk. Sewing area is roomy, followed directions without difficulty putting together. Measurements as stated and easy to move once put together. Very sturdy and stable to work on. Quality of material is very nice, nice smooth finishing. Price was very reasonable as product surpassed many expectations. Recommend this product.

May I make a point that parts of this desk DID hold up; the side drawers and the top of it( kind of ).Now that I’ve made this point I’d like to point out how utterly, disgustingly horrid this desk has turned out. I could’ve had my 5 year old niece put together a basic 3 piece desk and that would’ve held up better than this GARBAGE.1.) I bought this with the intent it would hold stuff; come to find out the top drawer can’t even hold a notebook and an EMPTY BAG along with a few bottles of tester skincare stuff. Why? Because the bottom of the thing isn’t wide/long enough to stay in the grooves. I literally had to nail CARDBOARD to try and make it stay and it literally collapsed (not the first time).2.) The backboard came off because I bumped into it. Why? No clue. Genuinely no clue. It’s like the desk was just built on hatred and low salaries, along with the punishment and the guilt you’d feel sending this out for someone to TRY to put together.3.) The top doesn’t even go down all the way so you can’t even lock it.4.) The amount of times I have cried and yelled and screamed at this thing because it doesn’t do its basic job is insane. I’m going insane at this desk and will be burning it in our fire pit.DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PEICE OF DUMPSTER GARBAGE

Bought this for my girlfriend since she’s doing college online due to COVID. She’s in love with it and she won’t leave her desk at all! The directions were hard to read but I was able to get it done. Has a lot of space on top. She can easily charge her laptop. She did say this would make a great vanity too, and she highly recommends this to anyone. Came in earlier then expected ! I was scared of buying this because of the reviews but I guess we got lucky and had a nice desk !!!

This deal is perfect for my daughters room. I love all the drawers and that she can lock away her journal from her siblings, ha ha! The long back piece of the big drawer came with a crack in it but it wasn’t all the way through and so I think it will be ok. The top piece came with a couple dents but nothing major so we kept it. There were a few places in the directions where I had to spend a good amount of time looking at it to figure it out. One was at the very end (#14 in the instructions) with the fabric tab thing. I finally figured out that that is used for if you want to anchor it to the wall. It’s pretty sturdy, and my daughter isn’t a toddler, so I didn’t feel it needed it. The other part was #4 &5, installing the rails. There wasn’t pre-drilled holes for the #25233 screws so I HAD to use a drill, even though instructions said I didn’t need one. Also #6 instruction didn’t say which way to face the two JA pieces, or IJ , so I ended up having to turn those around once I stood the desk upright because I had put them on backwards. One of them I wasn’t able to flip but it’s behind the bottom drawer so no one will ever see it.Everything else was pretty self explanatory. It took me a couple hours to assemble by myself. My daughter absolutely loves the desk!

Bought this instead of an Ikea desk because Ikea doesn't deliver to my location and I can't pick up. Standard pictorial assembly instructions. Main drawer front plate locking screws on the sides do not stay closed causing the drawer bottom to loosen and fall. I have to keep a screwdriver in the desk to constantly readjust. Thus is the only drawer large enough to accommodate a laptop. Lighter storage may be alright. The 4 side drawers are small and shallow, fine for office supplies and small notebooks, that's about it. I would replace the cheap plastic drawer pulls with something a little nicer. Over all, nice looking and fine for basic needs. Not meant to be used as a serious office desk.

The desk has a good look. The drawer spaces are not big. Honestly I was expecting a bigger size. I mean the product has accurate sizes, but I was not able to check this in deep and was my responsability. However I realized this when it was already ensambled. So, difficult to change it. But my daughter is using it with comfort. Thank you.

It’s a good size and at an affordable price but the pieces of the drawers randomly fall off. The front panel of the drawers where the handles are fall out all the time randomly even if I didn’t touch it. I have to push it/ hammer it back in. The big drawer the bottom panel popped off a few times even tho there’s barely anything in the drawer. If u move a lot or need a strong sturdy desk or just store even a few things it’s not strong enough. I wouldn’t recommend this one.

This desk was perfect for my eight year old! It took about two hours to build, but it was worth it. It has a sturdy feel, and hopefully will last long.
