Works great
I got this for a Lenovo m720s recase I did into a new case with a standard ATX power supply. I have done this twice now and used these adapters both times.The only point to make is that the PSU will not shut down when doing this as the ATX signal and Lenovo are not directly compatible (different voltage). This is not a fault of the adapter.They could potentially make an adapter that works though by including a 5v-12v step up module in it. Possibly not worth the effort though.

not compatible with Lenovo Ideacentre 300-20ISH
To save anyone else with the above model Lenovo, the cable didn't work with the power supply provided , in this case an EVGA 500W

Did exactly what is needed.
Fitted my Lenovo motherboard as I have moved it from the original case and power supply to an upgraded box.Good quality and wire grade.

Works fine on my Ideacentre 510S
Works OK on my recased ideacentre 510S with a standard ATX power supply, doesn't power off fully after windows shutdown but not too bothered by that.
