11-16-21 Purchased alongside another brand Vedic Organic Amla Juice which I opened first. (Thank heaven!) Vedic wins for fresher taste-quite pulpy, tart, slightly bitter and is the color of key lime juice. Nutriorg has no pulp and has a chemical taste (plastic?) that I have experienced from bottled spring water that was exposed to extreme summer temps. Nutriorg is also brown in color. I have acute chemical sensitivities (MCS)* and burning mouth syndrome, so I am highly sensitive to chemical tastes and odors. This Nutriorg taste was so concerning that I threw away the $5 Evolution cold-pressed cucumber juice to which I had just added a couple of ounces of Amla juice! I then tasted the Amla juice independently and identified the plastic chemical taste. Checked exp. date and found manufacture date Jan 2021 and exp. date June 2022. I have also been using FGO Organic Amla Powder. A wee bit gritty, but cleaner taste than this Nutriorg.*Believed to originate from high toxin burden as per 2020 GPL TOX screen and 2021 toxin testing my functional MD sent to Germany for results. I just received a breast cancer diagnosis, so I was unwilling to risk consuming this product.
