Fits great, sewn very well it seems. I've had it on/off the filter probably 3, 4 times and that's no tearing. Definitely recommend

I can confirm this does fit on the RK-3956. However, it is a PITA. I removed the filter cover plate from to install it and it took me about 15 mins of fighting with it to get it on. Now I'm leaving it on until it's time to replace it. I certainly wouldn't recommend carrying until needing it, by the time you get it on the rain may be gone. I found that if I started from the back, put the filter back on and lightly threaded the screws I could keep it from pooping off of the back while pulling it down to the front. Once I got it where I wanted it I put the cover plate back on. Seems to be holding up good, but it's only been installed for about a week now. Time will tell, and Im not certain what to expect out of the longevity with it staying on all the time.

Had this put on my 13 Harley Ultra Limited. I had my bike chipped for the high flow. You can really hear her breathe now!!

Easy to install works great

Great air filter brackets install very easy just wish it would have came with a rain sock or some sort of filter protector so it can be ridden in the rain
