Think it depends on how dependent you are on Nicotine. For me, I usually have one about every 3-4 hours when not drinking

I guess you can but when I smoked it defeats the purpose you’re getting more nicotine and if you get too much nicotine I actually get a big headache. I wouldn’t recommend. So if you use these and still have the urge to smoke it’s not working or you need to increase your dosage. Good luck
