I have tried protein shakes in the past but found them quite sickly. I thought i would try this one as vanilla ice cream seemed a good choice. I wanted high protein. 20g per scoop , - one serving is great. I tried the first serving with maximum suggested amount of water 300ml. I thought it tasted it bit like dish water🙄...so I tried reducing the water to the lowest suggested amount 150ml which tasted much better. I wouldn't describe it as delicious though🤣 However the fact that it delivers 20g of protein 101 calories & less than 1g of sugar its a thumbs up by me! Designed as a protein supplement rather than a complete meal replacement. It does contain artificial sweeteners. Not gluten free Update! I have changed my review from 4 stars to 5! I have been using regularly now ; I am really so happy with it i have ordered on subscribe & save now😊 If I am mixing with water on its own I mix with only 150ml which gives a very pleasant taste. However....I have mixed with water plus banana & other fruits ..even adding in seeds ...DELICIOUS 🥰 A fabulous tasty smoothie full of protein👌👏x Easy to prepare. Mixes in seconds. Powder dissolves completely no clumps. No strong obvious smell. Good value for 18 servings. I think i may try mixing in with other ingredients to make it more enjoyable. That's just my opinion of course😊. I will be buying more x

I absolutely love this protein powder. It’s great for macros if you are in a fat loss phase and it tastes great. Use for shakes; in baking and for mixing with yoghurt. Really good texture and mixes well.

I buy this protein powder regularly and it’s become my go to. The vanilla is one of my favourites, with a lovely creamy taste that genuinely reminds me of vanilla ice cream. The strawberry is another winner and one I buy regularly too. I’m currently working on dropping some weight, so I really appreciate having a protein powder that fits into what I’m doing but still tastes like a treat. I’ve tried some of the other flavours as well. Personally, I wasn’t as keen on the chocolate or banana, but vanilla and strawberry are firmly at the top for me. I’ve repurchased this many times now and will definitely continue to do so.

I’ve enjoyed using this protein powder, particularly in my Cuisinart ice cream maker. The vanilla smell and taste are just right for me, and it mixed very well, giving me really creamy ice cream. I did add some extra vanilla flavour, a protein brownie, xanthan gum and a little salt to make my own healthier style ice cream, without adding sweetener. There is a slight protein flavour, but I wouldn’t say it’s bad, especially once used with other ingredients. The 450g tub is also a good size for trying it out without having to buy a large amount straight away. I’d say it’s reasonably priced and good for experimenting with homemade protein desserts.

Great product, I don’t even use the full 25g for one smoothie but only half and even that is very filling and flavourful

I've been seeking a protein powder that doesn't have animal products & isn't heavy on sweeteners, also 1 that does not claim to be vegetarian then states MAY of been made in factory that handles crustaceans, as I read many reviews on multiple items I went with this 1. Jeez - if its true that certain medical procedures have changed your tastebuds, this is one of the worst tasting products I've had. The item tastes off for starters, the texture is like crumbly chalk. It's weak: the flavor is poor, I used 25 g in 600ml to try & stretch it as I am making one drink a day, the tased was really bad, so I made it 25g with about 300ml - that was the same taste, so I tried milk, it actually made the milk go lumpy & tasted worse. Real bad stuff, my original process was a basic protein powder like hemp or similar & just have vanilla & milk added. I have had some bad protein clear fruity powders recently but at least they were OK if you drank them ice cold but this - this is BAD. the worse part is the flavors they also have such as salted caramel - which is horrible at any given time.... I don't know - the pains of finding a basic protein powder drink with little or no sweeteners, something that tastes good, its 2026 & its still impossible to find one. The best one I had was the starbucks protein coffee but they stared adding sweeteners to it & wrecked it, I think emmi did one also but they started adding sweeteners to it also.

I think it’s quite good for the price! The people saying it’s nasty with water- all protein powders are nasty with water! I use it in my shakes with oats milk peanut butter Greek yogurt and honey and it tastes good 😊 I’m happy I think £12 for me to have yummy protein shakes is a bargain

It's ok but the texture could be thicker and taste is just ok but overall it's fine.
