I Hate These Shorts
They replaced the zipper fly with buttons. These buttons are very difficult to work with. Since you use the bathroom numerous times during the day it requires far too much effort to unbutton and re-button your fly. You must work very hard to get the buttons to fit into their respective holes. There is one button that is actually too big for its hole and is useless. If it wasn't such a bother I would return these pants for either a zip-fly model or a refund. Are you listening Levi's?

These are not typical Levi's quality
I have worn 501's for 40 years. These are very poor quality. The material just isn't right. And, the fit is not the same. Returning mine ! TWB
