Saved me $300 versus buying a miller whip. The goose neck was not the same thread size as my M100 gun, so I had to braze an M100 diffuser onto a a threaded brass coupling (the brass coupling I pulled off the bottom an old tig torch). I used silicon bronze and tig brazed an M100 diffuser to the coupling, screwed it onto the swan neck of this gun, now the gun works fantastic and takes the new style of MDX M100 Miller consumables. Really nice to have a longer lead that didn’t break the bank.

Good quality, easy to install. Hasn’t failed yet and I use almost every day.

Is the best

This mig Gun has been great so far, especially for the price. We worry that the handle retaining caps will get loose over time and will probably have to tape them eventually. OEM guns have several screws holding the handle together.But so far so good.

Was Leary about using this gun because it’s not a Miller product but am pleasantly surprised to say it really good. I’ve been welding with it fir 2 weeks and been doing as well as my original shorter hose from Miller. All my Miller tips and parts are inter changeable. As soon as I pulled it from box I could tell it was a real tool not junk.
