Kamp-RiteEmergency Treatment Cot

I purchased in January for my husband who likes to sleep with his head raised slightly but he decided he did not want to camp so in July I used it for the first time. The first night was okay but the second the center legs collapsed in the middle of the night. Hinges are plastic and the rivets pulled right through. This is supposed to support 450 lbs. and I weigh 170. Too late to return and when I called Kamp-rite I was told itwould be replaced so I sent all my info but have never heard anything. Will not buy any of their products again.I did use the cot again but had to use a rachet strap to hold the two middle legs together. The way they show the two orange straps going to the middle legs does no good but if the straps could reach the opposite middle legs it might. Knobs for locking did not hold for some reason either.Also it is very heavy.
