Bob Ross R6520 Brush Cleaning Screen

Q: Do you just clip it to a bucket? Or how do you prevent the screen from sinking to the bottom of the bucket?

The screen is meant to sit in the bottom of the bucket. You put it in the bottom, fill it with odorless paint thinner to about 1/2 and inch above the screen. When you clean the brush just drag it around on the screen which is submerged in the paint thinner and the paint will fall underneath it to the bottom of the bucket. This will allow you to use the same thinner between paintings and save some money, as well as clean the brushes better in the process. I love mine and highly recommend it. ALSO: you can get cheap plastic buckets that this fits into at Walmart. "Happy painting, and God bless my friend -little wave-" 😁

Q: Which way is the screen supposed to sit in the bucket?

THE TOP of the screen has no opening, the bottom has. The flat top. With THE SCREEN is the TOP. !! Also never fill the bucket Higher than the Bristles on your brushes. Doing so will ruin your brushes....... I’ve had mine for 4 years. After a year or two the bucket will. Leak always Have a spair Bucket.... MY FRIEND I HOPE THIS HELPS !!!

I believe it will since I was able to fit it into a large coffee can
