thin and truly flexible, so you can slide foods into a small jar or bagT
I've been looking for replacements for my THIN cutting boards for a long time. I watched the video to make sure that they were really flexible enough to roll up. I would write happy reviews of my old products but they seem to be gone. So I'm reviewing this one that I took a chance on, expecting that they might be the big clumsy thick ones that I don't love. But surprise, they are perfect! The advantage of thin boards is that you can roll them to the point that you can just pour cut veggies into a small jar opening or sandwich-sized ziplock bag, just like a funnel.I have thick cutting boards too. I wouldn't say that they are more durable than the thin ones, actually. I've had both kinds for years, and they wear out at about the same rate. Thick ones are useful in that you cut them to fit in the freezer and use them as trays to freeze raw biscuits and tortillas on a flat surface. But the thin boards have a lot more uses as well. We keep one with each of the brooms, because they have a razor-thin edge that allows one to sweep up the smallest particles of dust, and they are so light weight that we can hold them in hand while sweeping.Great colors! The plastic cutting board market has decided that grayscale is the way to go. I prefer color.I also prefer that it has no non-skid backing. I don't know where people are cutting their food but I've never had an issue with my plastic boards sliding around on any surface. Smooth is better--easier to clean, doesn't wear out as fast. (The backing basically amounts to pre-scoring before a knife ever touches the other side.)Finally, THANK YOU for not drawing cute animal faces on all the boards. We are vegan and we'd rather not be reminded how other people treat animals.I'm buying a second pack before the company decides to discontinue this excellent product.

It can be used for multipurpose projects. Just use your imagination.
I've just purchased these clear-cutting board mats. However, I'm not using them as cutting boards. I am cutting them into sewing templates for my craft sewing projects. They work great! Thin enough to cut with scissors (not my sewing scissors) and they hold their shape wonderfully. Now I can safely place them on my cutting board and with my rotary cutter they help me cut a clean sharp image of my pattern. Just another idea for use.Marcie H, MN

Great items for the price
Had a set of these I'd had for years - they were all cracked up and nearly destroyed, time to get new ones. Thought I'd take a chance this package and glad I did: great colors, just as strong and as flexible as the ones thrown out! Don't get me wrong: I'm not going to use a heavy butcher knife to carve up meat for stewing on one of these, but they are good for slicing soft items, like a sausage roll, vegetables, onion/garlic, or dog food 'rolls'...and then for dicing. If I want to use heavier cutlery or need to really hack something, I'll use a cutting board. These are great for all else, and they help me keep my counters clean of veggie or meat residue...rinse off under the sink and go into the dishwasher.

Convenient but easily cut
I purchased these cutting pads so I could maintain the flat surface on a butcher block counter and still have a light, flexible and easy to clean cutting area. They are not as cut resistant as my older ones. Good for a month then toss.

Good boards. Not a replacement for the set with symbols.
Great cutting board. It hasn’t slipped on an aluminum table top or wood. Colors are bright. For those looking for replacements for that wood cutting board holder set that also has plastic boards and symbols of what to cut on it… these are too wide but they work just as well as those boards. I would say even better since they haven’t broke yet.

Great for camping or vacation cooking, pack well, very easy to clean
These cutting sheets (not really boards) were great on our camping trip, as they lay totally flat for very easy packing. They are really easy to clean because there are no grooves to deal with. They are larger than I expected, and with 5 in one pack, you can maximize the size of your prep area. They are durable enough, and with 5, you always have a backup. We also used these when we rented vacation homes, where we have to take our own smaller cooking items to get the best out of the kitchens there. They are great in that context. I don't, however, like using them at home on a constant basis. Since they have no lip, they are not good for liquid based items (like over ripe tomatoes), as the liquid can run right off the sheet onto your counter or floor. But for travel cooking, they are perfect.

Everyone should have some of these!
A great value for the money!! These replaced ones I've had for many years and are just perfect for cutting and then sliding right into the pot! Easy to wash.

Very useful but not long lasting
I love these for the convenience, individuality, and how much space I save. As a renter, space is key and these take up no space. They are great for keeping foods separate and helpful to fold and transfer food neatly. I did have few issues however. My sharp knives really cut into them. I never went through but I have found plastic shavings in my food. I also feel like with those deep cuts that cleaning was not as efficient as it should be and I ended up throwing them out worried I never be able to clean the deep creasing well enough. For non protein items I would recommend but I would not cut proteins on these, just use them for prep.
