The Spectrum Mineral Caps are quite good! They are easy to swallow, making them a convenient addition to my daily routine. While I haven’t noticed immediate effects, I understand that the benefits of mineral supplements can take some time to show. I bought these a while back and only started taking them regularly recently. My joints had been aching for the last 10 years when I did bench press and squats and also some other exercises until I warmed up. I took these for a month and then started bench pressing again and was surprised and noticed while doing the first set that I had no joint pain. I have lifted over the last few weeks and noticed that the pain has not returned and also that I have been sleeping better - I guess its the magnesium. I take two a day and so far this has been a great supplement. Not sure if everyone will have the same results but so far they worked for relieving aching joints for me.

These seem to be a good quality. I don’t know what to say about them… they’re bigger than I had hoped, but if they really have what they say they have, they were not expensive.
