Incompetent service partner.
The product itself is fairly good, but unfortunately, the support partner provided was highly incompetent. Charanjit Singh installed the kit, and within a few days, my water purifier started leaking from several places. Despite repeatedly promising to visit and resolve the issue, he never turns up. He neither informs you about any delay nor bothers to call back. His commitments cannot be relied upon, and the overall service experience has been extremely disappointing. The company should seriously reconsider the quality and reliability of its service partners, as poor after-sales support can completely spoil an otherwise good product experience.

Good Product with Excellent Customer Support
I purchased the Konvio Neer Water Purifier Maintenance Service Kit on 8th November 2025. Initially, everything was working perfectly. However, after about a week, I noticed that the water flow from the RO membrane had reduced significantly. I contacted their support team, and I must say I was impressed with their prompt response. They guided me patiently through the troubleshooting process and provided clear suggestions. With their help, the issue was resolved quickly. Since then, the purifier has been working fine without any problems. One thing I truly appreciate is that their support team occasionally follows up to check on the product’s performance. That kind of initiative and customer care is rare and highly commendable. Overall, I’m satisfied with both the product and the after-sales service.

Not great quality product for high TDS water
The membrane got choked in 4 months because of which my RO motor got damaged & their service persons are very unprofessional, I have paid service fees twice & still the work was not done properly by them so at last I hired another person & paid service fees for third time

Customer service is poor. If you need.
Kit is good but the customer service is poor, you will wait if you call or chatting on WhatsApp,very bad experience with customer support, call krne p ye bolte h whatsapp p msg kro jab ap whatsapp p msg kroge to reply ni ata inka jldi, bahut tum irritate ho jaoge aur whatsapp p kitna type krenge, call p issue ka koi solution ni h, but new product m koi issue ho to bhai inhe reach Krna bahut mushkil h ye reply ni dete jldi.

Best buy for any water purifier
I have been buying and using these Konvio filters for my Faber water purifier for the past 4 years and happy with their quality and the quality of water am getting from them. Can happily use for any brand of water purifier.. thanks and thumbs up Konvio
