Wonderful Resource
Dr Cliff Thomas has written an invaluable book for anyone wanting to control their diet and their health. I always thought the food on my plate was okay, because I'm a fairly healthy eater. But, as Dr Cliff pointed out, the size of the portions and the frequency of my eating habits are determining the size and shape of my body.I'm relieved to be told to eat every three or four hours as I'm one of those people who feel light-headed if I wait too long between meals, but it was Dr Cliff's suggestion of analysing how I feel an hour after I've eaten that has been the most helpful of all his wonderful suggestions.I'd recommend this book to everyone. It's a quick read loaded with valuable advice.

This is an excellent book that is easy to read and understand
This is an excellent book that is easy to read and understand. From someone who has had weight issues all her life I found this book is really helpful in helping me make decisions on my diet and what is good for me. The author shares a lot of topics and ideas within the contents of the book that would be beneficial to all age groups with tips that should be followed by all. I would recommend this book to anyone that is truly wanting to change their eating lifestyle.

Cliff's created a simple, powerful way to use the hour after eating to create the ground for a complete shift in your eating habits, and in turn your energy levels, performance, and happiness. This truly is a book that can change your life.

Predictable weight loss and feeling in control of my health and happiness when I follow this system of eating
This way of eating works for me. When I follow the rules, I consistently feel good and healthy, and predictably lose weight, as much as ten pounds a month over the last year of trying this. Since Dr. Thomas introduced me to this system of eating I have felt in control of my health and weight loss for the first time in my life.

Excellent book !
An excellent book filled with helpful advice. I've tried so many diets over the years that I can even count. What I love about it is the simple "no nonsense" advice. It's not about counting calories and watching the bathroom scale. It's about changing long term habits.

New approach to eating well
Too much attention to recording what you eat as it focuses too much on food! Try to focus on your project more and food less.
