Good value
This were great for their intended purpose, that is attaching to springs to make an April Fools Day joke. Easy to paint to add detail. Good value for the number included.

Great for practicing!!!
These heads are perfect for practicing faceups For those of you who don't know how to start: a clear or thinned white acrylic gesso works well for a primer. Otherwise get yourself a matte varnish to start. This gives the skin of the mold actually take on pigment. Chalk pastels: be careful with how much you apply and use a variety of brushes. It's very very easy to overdo it with the pastels, go very light on the pastels. Keep your brushes separated by the color pigment on them, I accidentally grabbed my red instead of flesh tone and ended up mixing the two. Too much pigment will get grainy/clumpy and it's p hard to fix without starting over. You don't need fancy supplies, I use Crayola watercolor colored pencils and they work like a charm. Don't make the mistake I did and that was mix up a soft wax pencil with my watercolor pencil as the wax will leave a sticky surface that pigment will stick to. The last thing you'll want when your finished, and this is optional but a fixative. In a pinch, you can use hair spray but it's not ideal. These are good sculpts to experiment with. For my first one I followed the sculpt. But you cam get creative and enlarge the eyes amd mouth and such by drawing above or below the sculpt lines. The only gripe I have is that the seam on the head needs to be sanded down unless you intend to use a dollwig. But for rooting. You will need to sand it down. These are great for a 1/6 size (think barbies. 10-12 inches) scale to work on. Those who are just starting may want to seek a 1/3 size (24 inches) the head will be twice the size of this one. However I enjoy the smaller scale. If you mess up, these actually clean up fairly well with some scrubbing and water but I have not tried acetone on them yet. Have fun!!

i love these!!!
they are about the size of barbie heads and about the same softness. this is my work in progress as a first attempt at customizing a doll and having the eye sockets pressed in makes drawing the eyebrows much easier. i was a little reserved about the shape of the lips thinking they would be too small to work into normal looking, but just the outline of the watercolor pencil helps to elongate them enough for my purposed look. very happy!

Small heads
These heads are much smaller than they looked on line. I thought they would at least be Bratz doll size no they're almost Barbie doll size
