Compact and Sturdy Dumbbell Rack for Home Gyms
he Marcy Compact Dumbbell Rack DBR-56 is a practical storage solution for organizing free weights in a home gym. Its steel frame feels solid and stable, and the angled design makes it easy to load and unload dumbbells of different sizes. Despite its compact footprint, it holds a surprising amount of weight, helping keep workout areas tidy and safe. The rack assembles quickly and doesn’t take up much floor space, making it a good fit for smaller gyms or multipurpose rooms. The powder-coated finish resists scratches and adds durability, though like most compact racks, it may not accommodate very large dumbbells. Still, for standard sets, it provides dependable support.Pros: The steel frame is sturdy, the compact design saves space, and the angled tiers make weights easy to access.Cons: It has limited capacity for very large dumbbells, the footprint may feel small for heavy lifters, and the rack can wobble slightly if overloaded.A strong and space-saving dumbbell rack that keeps free weights organized and accessible. Ideal for home gyms where space is limited but durability still matters.

Heavy duty, sturdy - well made, yeah it's worth it 👍
Sturdy weight rack, well made, good quality material, it even comes with spring clips for securing plate weights in place. It doesn't tip or bow. I usually have between 250 minimum to 450 lbs maximum worth of weights on it and it holds it all without issue. This looks so much more neat than everything scattered around the floor plus it's nice/easier to pick which weight you want per set (mind/motivation visual thing maybe), anyway I like it, I think it's great, definitely worth the purchase.

Would definitely recommend!
I would recommend this rack to anyone looking to set up a small home gym. It has three rows that state they can hold up to 1000lbs. It’s very sturdy and super easy to assemble. I believe it took me about twenty minutes total. I gave the rack four stars because it was either used before or was beat up in transport. Nothing that changes how well it functions, merely cosmetic damage. Over all, an excellent purchase. Do not waste money on cheaper racks. This is a wonderful price for what you are receiving! I’ve attached a few photos of the rack and the cosmic damage.

The Marcy Weight Storage Organizer Rack is exactly what I needed to keep my home gym organized and clutter-free. It’s incredibly sturdy and can easily hold a variety of weights, including dumbbells, kettlebells, and weight plates. Despite its capacity, the rack doesn’t take up much space, which has been a huge plus for my smaller workout area. The compact design allows me to store all my equipment without crowding the room, making my workout space much more efficient and tidy. It’s also easy to assemble, and the layout makes it simple to access whatever weights I need during a workout. Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality and functionality of this rack, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and space-saving weight storage solution!

Really nice to have all my equipment in one place!
This stand gave me enough bar on the top and bottom to put my other tools. my ab wheel fits on top, either handle in between the bars or wheel it fits nice and snug. The bars are not too far spaced apart so that my slidders can lay on the bottom. And there is still space to lay something under the bottom bar being about 4" off the floor. Like the feet, they make it very sturdy and don't stick out where you might trip on them. I had to seperate my larger weight of 35 lbs. from the 25 and 15. So basically the only thing you couldn't do is put all 35 pounders on the same side because they would lay on each other and it would be hard to get them out. But I'm an organizer so I figured it out to skip a space between the 35# and 25#. Anyway even if you had more weights you can always use the middle bars. We lay 2 5# weights on that top bar. very nice to have all my tools off the floor so I can vacuum without moving the weights and other stuff around! And off the floor makes it nice that I'm not tripping on them.

Stable and secure rack
I bought the version of the rack with two "shelves" and 8 side slots. It was very simple to put together (my 8-year-old wanted to help me and even he was saying how easy it was!). It came with everything needed to install the hardware, although I did choose to use my own adjustable wrench to hold the nuts in order to tighten the bolts with the allen wrench. After reading reviews, I chose this rack because the free weights I have are the hex kind; they all fit anywhere on the rack. I also liked how the side slots are open in between with enough space that a barbell can be picked up with one hand, unlike other racks for sale where a person would need to hold each end of one barbell (using both hands) to remove it or put it on the side of the rack.I didn't notice any strong odors from the rack or the packaging. The unit was very stable once all the bolts were tightened. It looks like it will hold up for a long time.*Update: I have bought a few heavier sets of dumbbells and noticed that dumbbells 20 lb or over will not fit on the sides slots if you try to set multiple weights of that size (or more) right above or beneath them. So you could space heavier weights with an empty spot between them or you have to use smaller dumbbells to go above or beneath the ones 20+ lbs. On the horizontal rack, two 35 dumbbells take up enough space that they must be paired with 15 lb (or lower) dumbbells. I won't be able to fit a set of 30 lb and 35 lb together on the same horizontal rack. Still a great rack, but it might take some finagling to figure out the best positioning for each set of dumbbells so they can easily be removed and put back. It can fit about 8 total pairs of varying-weight dumbbells.
