a bit flimsy if your apple is hard, keep thinking its going to brake, but it hasnt yey.

Brilliant strainer

I found this item very useful for coring bulk apples however, when my hubby asked to help & he used it, he slightly bended it so I wouldn't let anyone with a heavy hand use it. It is fine for me.

This is a very good easy to clean good grip so vary happy with it.

Cheap and cheerful but does the job okay for ice cream?

The whole spatula is made from good quality stainless steel, very solid and strong enough to press a piece of steak against the pan.

First impressions of this item were all positive. It looks sturdy and the handles were comfortable to grip. But, when I tried to use it those first impressions were proved wrong. The tin to be opened was nothing too exotic, a tin of peas. First, it was very difficult to get the opener to sit onto the tin correctly. After some fiddling about I got it into position. The cutting blade punctured the tin but no amount of turning the handle could get it to go any further. No matter how tightly or loosely the opener was held the best I could get was about 1cm of movement. When I removed the opener from the tin I saw the cutter was now damaged, it's edge crumpled. All in all very disappointing. The opener went in the bin and I had a pea-less dinner.
