I didn't think this would make much a difference for my skin tone. I was wrong. I barely have any discoloration in my under eye area but when I put this around my eyes - my whole face looks brighter! It helps with tired and discolored eyes. It's got a slightly refreshing, tingly feeling upon application. It's smooth and absorbed quickly. No scent. My eyes stay hydrated. It leaves my face a bit sparkly but in an elegant way.

I was expecting this product to have a cooling sensation when applied to the under eye area but it doesn't seem to have that. Feels nice on and glides on smoothly

Tula is a great brand for taking care of your skin. This particular product, skincare eye balm (rose glow stick)…. I use it with or without foundation and bronzer, around my eyes on my cheek, corner of my eyes, on my eye lids, above my eye brows, I even put a streak down my nose, top and bottom bows of my lips and a little swoop over my forehead. It creates the slightest glimmer and the texture it creates when it touches your skin is delicious… simply amazing. It’s smoothes, it cools and it stays perfect until you take it off… this is certainly one of my favorite treats for my face. Where I place this product everyday on my face has a different texture on my skin than the rest of my face now, it’s smooth, less fine lines and definitely hydrates the skin and who couldn’t use that year round around their eyes?!? I used to love the discontinued Benefit Ooh La Lift and haven’t been able to find a replacement for years. This is very close in color and consistency. It feels cool and helps de-puff eyes. There is a light pink shimmer, which is good for no makeup days. I find regular concealer too cakey and dry, so this works for me!
