Save Your Hearing!
I'm a professional session and touring drummer and these are great!!I can hear the vocals, bass and guitar solos very well all while my ears don't feel stresses by the sound. We reach about 112 db. at times but for me, no problems! They are very comfortable light and clean easily. They are my favorite option aside from the very expensive monitors. These are just fine!

Rebranded Etymotic ER20 Plugs at a Great Price! Highly Recommended
These Hearos "High Fidelity" earplugs are really the popular Etymotic Research ER20 plugs rebranded in a different package. In fact, they are also the same as the Mack's brand "Hear Plugs High Fidelity" model (I own them all). For whatever reason, both of the rebranded versions cost less than the "Etymotic" branded ones despite being exactly the same, but I'm not complaining!Over the past year, I have tried more than a dozen different models of ear plugs claiming to be either "flat attenuation", "natural sounding" or "high fidelity" with some costing upwards of $50 per pair! Needless to say, these Etymotic/Mack's/Hearos plugs are hands-down the best plug for the price if you are looking for a true "high fidelity" ear plug that will reduce the volume of your surroundings an appreciable amount without causing voices and music to become overly softened, muddled or inaudible. In fact, there's nothing at 2x or even 3x the price that exceeds the performance of these plugs and many similar designs, such as the popular "Vader" plugs, simply fall short in real world use.The NRR (noise reduction rating) of these plugs is rated at just 12db, so I DO NOT recommend them for use in shooting sports or high noise work environments. However, for short-term use in moderately loud environments, such as busy restaurants, parties, music concerts and band practices, these are an exceptional choice! In reality, the effective noise reduction of these plugs is closer to 20db at some frequencies, but it's always best to err on the side of caution when it comes to your ears, so get a plug with a higher NRR rating if you are going to be exposed to loud noises for more than a couple hours at a time.My only complaint is that the stem on this design sticks out a bit farther than I would prefer. However, the clear color does help conceal it and this is only an aesthetic preference, not a functional one. In use, the longer stem makes the plugs easier to hold, fit and remove than some other styles, particularly the Planet Waves "Pacato" earplugs and HearDefenders-DF models. The triple-layer, mushroom-shaped baffle system is a classic design, but continues to offer the widest range of fitment and offers a good quality seal in most ears with average size canals. All in all, these are a high quality ear plug that deliver exactly what they say...high fidelity sound with solid protection!Highly recommended. If you found my review helpful, please tell Amazon by clicking the "YES" button below. Good for mild Misophonia
I am misophonic. For the unfamiliar, this is literally a hatred of sound, and is essentially a form of ocd. For some, it's a general aversion to all sound. I would not recommend these for those individuals, as much sound can still be heard through them. For me (and I believe most misophonics), I have specific trigger sounds, such as a nearby coworker who rubs his hands together frequently, and an adjacent coworker who sets an empty cup down too hard, the sound of chewing or swallowing, and the sound of zippers. It's not their fault. For me, these sounds are not a minor distraction or annoyance, they're amplified to absurd and exaggerated levels, infiltrating my thoughts and causing great unrest, to the point that I want to react intensely, even violently, despite being an otherwise calm and easygoing person. It's weird. Anywho, I digress.I consider my misophonia mild (compared especially to those who opt for surgeries that deafen), and am pleased with the relief these provide. Even if I can still just barely hear it, the sound is muffled enough that I can focus on something else and typically get over it, but I can still hear someone come up behind me.Far preferred to cranking music up to unhealthy levels, I recommend these for anyone who can relate. However, I do still keep my earbuds nearby for times when the noise is too great, as these can only muffle so much. I've worn them for about 90 minutes straight without discomfort, but haven't gone longer than that, as I don't think having something in your ear for so long could be healthy, unless truly worn for protection, which I'm afraid I cannot speak to.

Hearos HI FI ear plugs.
Of all the many big name ear plugs I've worn, (especially North Sonic 2). The HEAROS are by far the MOST COMFORTABLE. And they work good too!!

Reduce sound while maintaining clarity
I can actually hear my bandmates really well while sound is effectively reduced! Crazy how good these work at this price point. Definitely recommend these. With foam plugs too much sound still comes through, but it's a muddy, muffled mess. These are better at reducing noise, but you can also hear what you need to.Save your ears!

excellent for loud live music!
HEAROS are way better than foam ear protectors that muffle everything. These attenuate sound to a safe level without impacting the quality of a live show. i tried taking them off at end of concert for the encore thinking I had been missing out and I just put them back in because it was just too loud without them and I wasn't benefiting from any higher quality sound having taken them out. I would highly recommend then for loud music venues.

Not made in USA as advertised. One earplug failed to seal and needed grease.
Online item description says "MADE IN THE USA under rigorous quality control protocols for noise reduction you can rely on." On arrival, item box reads "Made in China." The earplugs reduce noise noticeably. One earplug does not seal when worn in either ear, and allows in more noise than the other earplug.

Great ear plugs for concerts
I have been having some ear/hearing problems for the past couple of years so I’m aware that I need to use earplugs at concerts…a bit too late, but. Wore these to a Rolling Stones concert last year…I heard what I wanted and didn’t hear what I didn’t want to hear. They will be my go-tos for any music event.
