Perfect kit
Love this kit, the matts are nice thick silicone material. Very easy to wash with a soft sponge and warm water...bags are also easy to clean, can flip inside and out, very sturdy, the inside inserts into the pipping bags create zero leakage!

Great macaron baking set
This is a wonderful set of macaron baking set. I used it during an online class, as well as several times since. The piping set works well, easy to use and the mats are much easier to use than a template under parchment paper. Silicon mats easy to clean. Very pleased with my purchase.

Very well made kit
I have wanted to try to make macaroons for a while now, but I thought they were very difficult to make. This well thought kit has everything you need. The mat I think is the key. It helps keep everything the same size. It is all easy to care for as well.

Okay roller, Excellent mat.
The roller I got is flatted on one side a little. And its tough to clean the dough off of the wood. But otherwise it does the job. The mat is excellent. Very easy to use and clean.
