A lovely coffee once you get used to the taste
A lovely coffee once you get used to the taste I bought this coffee after seeing someone recommend it on YouTube. To be honest, I wasn’t impressed the first time I tried it. It tasted quite sour, a bit like the unpleasant acidity you sometimes get from a bad cup of coffee in a café or coffee that has been sitting around for too long. I actually regretted buying it at first! However, I decided to give it another chance, and my husband made me another cup. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed it the second time! I’m not sure if the first cup wasn’t prepared properly or if I simply needed to get used to the taste. It produces a beautiful crema and has a lovely flavour without being too strong. We’ve also tried the dark roast version, but we find this one noticeably milder. I especially love using it for lattes. We’ve been drinking it regularly for a while now and ordering it every two weeks. Definitely worth trying!

Kimbo Crema Intensa Coffee Beans Review: A Luxurious Brew for Connoisseurs and Casual Sippers Alike
I've been brewing my morning cup with Kimbo Crema Intensa for a little while now, and thought it's about time I shared my thoughts. Here’s the lowdown: First off, the flavor is something to talk about. It’s rich, with a nice depth that hits you with a bit of sweetness and a hint of acidity. Honestly, it's been a great companion for my espresso machine, but I've also had a decent pour-over with it. The aroma? Absolutely inviting. Opening the bag is like walking into your favorite coffee shop – that burst of coffee smell that just picks you up. Now, the beans themselves look top-notch. They’re pretty uniform, and I haven’t come across any odd ones that looked under or over-roasted. They're not too oily either, which I’ve read can be a good thing for keeping your coffee maker in better shape. But it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. The price tag is a bit on the high side. I get it, quality coffee costs more, but if you’re brewing a few cups a day like me, those bags start to add up. Also, the bag doesn’t reseal, which is a bit of a bummer. I had to find an airtight container to dump the beans into after opening, to keep them from going stale. And a heads up for anyone who likes their coffee on the lighter side – this might be a bit much for you. It’s definitely got a kick to it, which I love, but it might not be everyone’s cup of...coffee. So, wrapping up, would I buy it again? Yes, for those days when I feel like treating myself. It's not my everyday coffee, mainly because of the price, but when I do splurge on a bag, I enjoy every bit of it. If you’re into robust and flavorful coffees and don’t mind spending a bit more, I’d say give Kimbo Crema Intensa a shot.

Brings me back to an Italian coffee bar
Brings me back to Italy: fresh coffee beans (not stale, as many beans sold online), a perfectly balanced Italian cup!

One of my preferred coffee beans, just wish it was cheaper!
Reviewed Jan 2026: I always open any review of coffee that it is very subjective, as individual tastes are going to vary.. But, for my tastes, this is certainly on of my favorites, as its got a decent, strong taste that is not bitter. I have a list of preferred coffee beans, and I generally buy whatever is the best price point, and this is on that list, I wish it was on special more frequently. I use this to make expresso shots using a bean to cup machine, and then add hot milk. I did get some friends to buy me some when they drove to Italy this year, and the local prices are considerably better than Amazon, but we know the reasons why buying in the UK would be more. Definitely will buy again when the price allows.

I’m a coffee snob!
I’m a huge coffee snob and always buy quality Crema beans. My usual brand were unavailable to I tried these and was very pleasantly surprised. They’re a slightly darker roast than I’m used to but the flavour is great, there are subtle cinnamon notes and a decent crema. I found that while I usually take two sugars, with these I needed two and a half. But very nice and highly recommended. Good value for very decent coffee beans.
