Cheap quality, runs small
Runs a size small, had a strong chemical smell when I opened it. But after I washed it it faded but the smell was gone .

Fits well and Hides, but alone does not conceal.
It fit despite me being concerned it would be somewhat too small. When I say it fit, I mean from top to bottom and it snapped closed and it doesn't hug too tightly despite me having a bit of a belly. I got size XXL, I am 5ft8 and 240lbs with a 40 waist. If you want to use this as something to prevent a diaper from showing out your pants when bending over this will probably do the trick. However, it doesn't fit well if you expect it to cover below your waist and area any larger than a pair of briefs would. The sides do not come down very far (which to be fair the picture kind of shows that--and is the reason I am not giving this a 1) but whether its a diaper, underwear, or boxers... it is going to show pretty much everything except what a normal pair of tighty-whiteys would show if you put them on over your other garments. If that is not a concern I would recommend this. If you just want it to prevent from showing your whatever you have under the next layer this will work. If you want it to wear it separately and still have it conceal the under garment... I would not recommend this.
