It' just a good log book, good quality, and it's a bit pricey. We use these by the dozens and have no complaints using them as record books for equipment of our industry. It would be great to have another option that isn't yellow. :)

I bought this notebook to use to track my weight training. Perfect size to carry to and into the gym and the grids allow me to separate my sets and reps for each workout.
