Perfect for Tea Lovers – Insulated Cups Keep Hands Safe and Easy to Clean!
I recently bought this two-pack of double-wall insulated glass tea cups with a steeper, and I’m really impressed. The double-wall design keeps the tea at the perfect temperature while ensuring the cups don’t burn my hands, even when the tea is hot. The included steeper is a nice touch, making it easy to brew loose-leaf tea. I also love how easy these cups are to clean—no stubborn stains or residue left behind. They’re stylish, functional, and a great addition to my tea collection. Highly recommend!

Great for smaller hands
Apparently I wrote the review below and never posted it. Sadly after almost a year of daily use I broke it. In almost every review of different brands someone mentions breakage as a drawback. The reality is double walled glasses will break and can’t be treated roughly, but I love drinking hot and cold beverages from them. Here is the older review. I had a glass similar to this and used it every day until I broke it. I was heartbroken. It came as a bonus with a product so I couldn’t just buy another. I searched for a new one and landed on this. Before I chose it, I looked at so many. I wanted the capacity this one offers, but didn’t find many tall options w/o an handle. I ended up loving the shape of this glass. The inward curve at the middle makes it much easier for me to grip than the one I broke. I like all the other parts including the glass lid. I use this almost around the clock and I definitely recommend it to anyone who drinks cold or hot tea, but it’s also great for ice water (add the water first then the ice). It doesn’t sweat, keeps your drink temperature consistent longer and you can easily see how much is left in the glass. I’m a fan.I’m updating my review. I wish I wasn’t so careless. It’s likely any glass would have broken with my most recent event. I’m going to get another one. I’m lost without it.

GIGANTOR!!! GIGANTOOOOR!!!
This cup is ginormous! I guess the 16oz's should have tipped me off. I see there are a lot of stellar reviews of this cup, so I'll offer a slightly dissenting view of this thing. I bought it for tea (obviously) but find it too imposingly huge for that use. Hard to drink 16oz of tea before it gets too cold. Not a big deal if you want a really large cup of tea. The reason I took off a star is the metal tea brewing basket has a silicon gasket which keeps it fairly firmly in place. While you would think this is a good thing, it makes it makes it take a bit too much effort to dislodge it when it's filled with boiling liquid. The thin glass lid on the other hand just floats there and is really hot when you have to remove it to use as a coaster for the basket. The combination of these two things make it annoying and painful to use. I think this may make a better beer glass due to it's shape and capacity, and you can still use the brew basket and lid with another cup or mug to brew. It does feel EXCELLENT to hold in hand.

LOVE. Well made, beautiful. Functional for loose tea.
I am in love with this cup. Its better than other to go cups. I drink Japanese sencha tea and this cup is such a beautiful way to enjoy. Very functional. The lid is a little coaster for the strainer.

Great product. Quality made.
I was going to purchase another brand from another seller but thought I would try these. Two for the price of one of the others. Very nicely made and functional.

Still made a glass.
Gave these to a few of my friends who are tea drinkers and they like them a great deal. At least they said they did. So I decided to start using one. Have to say I’m not a fan. It’s nice looking “until my fingerprints smudge all over it “ and if style is important to you then I say go for it. To me, however, they have not built a better mouse trap then the ones built before. - Pros it looks nice, strainer is easy to empty and clean, glass does clean well on the top shelf of the dishwasher (gentle cycle) and it does seem to keep the tea warmer longer. Cons- The glass lid does not fit perfectly and once you remove the strainer, it definitely does not fit well. Also, the strainer while easy to rinse is oversized for the quantity of liquid in the cup. And it’s not like you were going to remove the strainer and put it down just anywhere . You could inverted glass lid for it, which then defeats the purpose of having a lid. It looks cool. It could be fun. Functionality is questionable.

Works well
The screen on this is very fine. The glass holds heat well. I love this thing.

Easy way to drink loose leaf tea
Just wanted to address some of the issues brought up by negative reviews.First, don’t shove the strainer into the cup. One guy complained how hard it was to get out and how he burned himself in the process. Just set the strainer in and let the weight of the water snuggle it in a little more. It’s easy to remove if you’re not a “fill it to the brim” kind of person.Second, some people complained about the lid. Just put the lid on while steeping, then use it to hold the strainer while you drink. The lid keeps the water hot for the steeping time, but removing it lets some of the heat out while you drink. The boiling water stays hot for some time, given the double-walled construction, but it’s like any other hot drink’s first sip. You can burn your tongue with a large-mouthed ceramic mug as well. (The strainer fits the lid perfectly and it catches any tea that continues to drip from the leaves.)Third, only fill the water up to a bit past the leaves. This helps in two ways. The tea still needs to steep, but it doesn’t need a massive amount of water above the leaves to do that. It also keeps the water from overflowing when you pull the strainer out (see the “to the brim” comment above).I really like this loose tea cup; the tea stays warm until I finish it, it’s warm (but not hot) to touch and it looks cool. I’d recommend it if you want a regular, daily, non-commuting tea “cup.”
