It’s accurate, easy to use, and has never faulted on us! We’re yet to change the batteries and it’s been going for a year and a half with a sickly baby! It’s screen is easy to read, and even if you’re at a wonky, awkward angle (as they do) trying to zap them whilst they sleep, even if you don’t catch the number the fab traffic light-like indicator it gives as well as the precise reading is bright enough to catch. Got this ahead of time for number 2, as number 1 was a febrile sufferer and I have no regrets. Perfecto.

This thermometer is so easy to use, you just need to get a forehead in sight, brace, aim and fire! Maybe that’s a bit dramatic but literally you just aim the thermometer and instantly get the temperature reading, it can be used on most parts of the body eg forehead, chest, back. It’s perfect for babies and young children who feel unwell and really don’t want to be bothered by having a thermometer stuck in their mouth every few hours. Up until now we’ve always used the stick under your tongue kind of thermometer but since using this no touch I’d never go back, these no touch thermometers are so much more hygienic! I bought this for our first aid box and was so impressed with it I’ve bought another one for my parents. Fortunately it’s not something that I need to use regularly but having it to hand gives piece of mind especially now when most GP appointments are online, being able to submit this info alongside symptoms helps provide a better picture of what’s going on and might even prevent a trip to the medical centre! Needs 2 AA batteries which are not included.

Arrived today , tested all settings work fine , decent build , looks good ,clear reading screen , good size , accuracy is not 100% but that maybe down to how im using it , I'll know better the more I use it , but for now its decent quality for the money.

This thermometer is so easy to use and clearly shows the temperature reading. Just hold the thermometer about 3- 5cm away from the forehead and press the trigger button. After 1 second the thermometer will display the reading. For extra help the display is backlit by either green, yellow or red, to indicate whether you have a fever or not and whether medical help is advised. I like that the sound can be muted and the temperature reading can easily be changed between °c as well as °f. I have always had an oral thermometer but this is much more hygenic and reliable. The thermometer comes in a handy draw-string pouch to keep it clean and you are even provided with one of those tiny screwdrivers for the screws on the battery compartment. No more hunting in the back of the drawer for the screwdriver that you got in the Christmas cracker! Delivery was quick. I am really pleased with this purchase and would recommend it.

We love this! I finally decided to take the plunge to buy one. I didn’t buy one last year but decided now is the time. With this Gov policy of not eradicating but living with the virus we have to be proactive in looking for first signs and care. The thermometer was bought along with an oximeter (from elsewhere). My household consists to three people spanning three generations, the other two both being in vulnerable categories. We bought these items with a view to lead full lives (when the lockdowns allow) and at the same time monitor our health and wellbeing. The reviews for this were good, it was in my budget and so far we love it! Item is robust, easy to use, clear readings, comes with a handy tiny screwdriver for the battery area and most importantly switches of automatically (saves on the battery). My only teannie eannie grip is that I would have preferred a hard case cover, I would have paid the extra it there had been one, I’m looking for something suitable but matching the size is difficult.

It is not of the highest quality, but it is ok for the price it has. It is simple and easy to use. Comes without batteries included. I had some problems with the battery cover. It's ok, except that you must put the screw that comes in the box because if you leave it without a screw, it will come apart very quickly. I've dropped it a few times by mistake and it's already giving me some errors. But when I used it, it was effective. I like this kind of thermometer because you just touch it to your forehead or body and in a few seconds it shows you the temperature.
