I picked up this sandalwood soap to try something a little more natural and fragrant for my daily wash, and after using it for a few weeks I have a fairly balanced view of its strengths and weaknesses.Pros:One of the first things you notice about this soap is the scent. It has a warm, woody sandalwood aroma that feels more refined than most mass-market soaps, and it doesn’t fade as soon as you lather up. This makes showering feel a little more like a self-care ritual than a chore. According to the description, it’s handcrafted and cold-processed, which should help preserve the natural glycerin and give a richer, more moisturizing lather than cheap commercial bars.The lather itself feels smooth and creamy. It cleans well without leaving a heavy residue, and I didn’t find it stripped my skin the way some harsher soaps can. It also seems suitable for use all over the body, and because it’s marketed as natural and vegan, it’s reassuring if you try to avoid products with a lot of synthetic additives.The size and weight of the bar are generous compared with typical drugstore soaps, and even with daily use it lasts a solid amount of time. Natural, aromatic, and leaves skin soft as ever.This cinnamon soap from Bali Soap has become one of my favorites for everyday use. Its warm, spicy scent is delicious and relaxing, perfect for starting or ending your day. It also has tiny exfoliating particles that help remove dead skin cells without irritating your skin.

Great soap with nice smell but NOT coconut fragrance. Having made soap many times very happy with lather and exfoliation.

The size and quality of this soap is perfect! It makes my skin feel so soft and I love the fact it contains natural ingredients. My skin feels well moisturized and soft. I'm thrilled with my purchase and it smells really nice!

I first started using charcoal soap from a variety pack. After using the charcoal soap from the pack I knew I had to have more. The Bali charcoal soap I ordered was perfect first because it came with three bars, one for the bathroom sink, one for the shower and one to tide me over before my next order after using up the first two. The Bali soap smells great and leaves my face and skin feeling clean but not dried out. Would definitely recommend this purchase to anyone who would listen to this thoroughly satisfied customer.

Not a strong scent! Lathers nice!

I originally bought assorted to see which bar was the best, and it was definitely sandalwood for me. The subtle skin scent lasts a couple hours after the shower, but I wouldn’t expect more from a product you are supposed to rinse off of your body. We have other options for noticeable scents outside the soap market lol.I have a small patch of eczema on my lower leg that would flare up intermittently for years despite using various lotions and ointments. It was very red and scaly to the point where my leg hair was giving up, and I gained a habit of subconsciously scratching it when sitting even while talking to people. I can’t say for sure, but since switching to this soap, the ~2 square inch spot has been gradually vanishing to the point where I can barely see it. I thought this would never go away, but somehow that area is in the best shape it’s been since 2016!

I’ve been using the cinnamon Bali bar for months and it exfoliates so well. Not too harsh but gritty enough to do a good job. Love the scent too.

I bought 3 - used for 1 shower, didn't like the smell, plus there is no lemongrass smell - gave away to charity the remaining 2.

Great soap! I always bought this on my trips to Bali, but now we can't travel internationally my stock was running out. I was so pleased to find it was available on Amazon.
